I Decided to put together a collection of positive self esteem videos that can be used to introduce, discuss, and practice raising self esteem. For now, This post is mainly for girls, however it can be used for anyone with a little discussion. (Boys, no worries, you'll be next!)
Here are a good bunch of videos to start a good discussion. Allow the child or teen to reflect on what they saw in each video, what message they took away, how it relates to their life...etc.
